Very very horrible experience with orange travells, bus time is 10.30 but came at 12.15..bus driver didn't answered my call and call him around 50 times no luck.. moreover he didn't stopped bus at pickup point.. almost after 2 km bus stopped.. one of the worst travells in the world.. please don't book this travells if it's cheaper than other travells.

I don't even want to give a single star. Worst ever service I have received it's been more than 1 hour of my pickup time. I didn't even receive a single call from operator. I was waiting with my luggage clueless at pickup location. Customer support also don't have any information. All the phone number sent by operator was invalid or not reachable or not picking the call. It was ridiculous experience. I would recommend to go with local bus operators rather then this so called "brand".

I had worst experience with orange travels ott169 . No information given on pickup. I had to change bus within the city. I had to shift luggage from one bus to another. Luggage compartment was blocked and I had to take luggage to the seats. No helper provided, had take put luggage of own. Due to elections , charged bus fare is thrice. Very irresponsible and totally exploited the situation. orange travels a big thumbs down for your service.
