Easy to find whats close and its details. Saved places has been removed, less useful now. I really liked to be able to easily see where I wanted to visit and where I'd been already. Also, careful how many places you click on, as the pop up stay open and cover your screen so you can't see the map. Bring back the save/visited places and add a membership qr code so it doesn't matter if I havnt got my card with me.

Not much to it. Nowhere to hold membership details or places you want to visit and I wish you could tick off where you've been so that would show when searching. Map is good, better than website version on mobile but limited functions. Nice to get a bit more detail about the houses and where the money came from. If that was colonial activities then let's say it. No point trying to rewrite that out of history just to appease the racists. A star just for the information being a bit more complete.

Like so many others losing the my places/favourites was a huge mistake. It was the feature I loved the most. Also having a digital card and account details would be good too. Being an English Heritage member also at least I can console myself that they still have the favourites feature. Come on NT get your IT guys onto this and reinstate this feature, as reading others comments everyone wants it back
